Poor Business Experience

Country Supply (www.countrysupply.com) NOT , Here is the story about these folks. I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. They did not ship it for several days, but then they 2-day expressed it. I complained about the shipping. They refused to give me any credit for it. I had my credit card company back out the shipping charge. As a result of this, they will not allow my to buy from their site. What about consumer rights.
