Perhaps Neubee’s stifles are the issue, best diagnostic is ultra sound. If it is soft tissue, then 7 to 8 months off, maybe injections. His x-rays are not “remarkable”. He is dragging his one hind foot to the extent of really squaring the toe. Very depressing.
